We are pleased to announce another important step in strengthening our partnership with our business partner SAFT! SAFT, our main supplier, has recently authorized us to handle the entire European warranty process for all their batteries and cells.
This delegation of warranty management means that customers with a potential warranty issue no longer need to contact SAFT directly, but can turn to us instead. We have the necessary expertise and a fast response time to provide customers with a clear assessment of whether their battery is still under warranty. SAFT reviews our submissions within just a few days, allowing us to deliver prompt service and support so customers quickly know whether they can continue using their battery or if a replacement is required.
This is a major step forward for our company and for the European market as a whole. It further deepens our collaboration with our partner SAFT.
